Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, requested service, project location and description. Phone and preferred date are optional. Brian uses these details to respond, discuss availability and plan requested photography or video work. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive information in the form.

Email delivery and website providers

Form submissions are processed by the website’s API and Resend for email delivery to Brian’s inbox. Replit hosts the website and may process technical logs for hosting, security and troubleshooting. If you use a call, text or email-app link, your chosen communications provider handles that communication. Provider processing is subject to the relevant provider’s policies.

Retention and access

Inquiry correspondence is retained in business communications as needed to respond, arrange work and meet applicable obligations. It is not published in the public portfolio. Contact Brian to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Photographs and client privacy

Public portfolio photographs are separate from inquiry details. Discuss any confidentiality, publication permissions or private-delivery requirements before a session. The unfinished client-gallery access page is not a connected secure delivery service.
